The Skin Poetry Appointment Assistance SMS Program provides non-marketing text messages about service and availability questions, booking assistance, requested booking links, and follow-up on your appointment request. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

This program does not include promotions, recurring appointment reminders, payment requests, or medical advice. These terms apply to this SMS program, not to a separate treatment agreement or a provider’s booking or cancellation rules.

Consent and message frequency

We send program messages only after obtaining consent for the applicable subject and mobile number. Providing a phone number or calling Skin Poetry does not, by itself, enroll you in this SMS program.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or booking. You may receive assistance by phone without agreeing to texts. Message frequency varies based on your requests. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop messages

In a program text conversation from (443) 443-8192, reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further program texts will be sent unless you validly opt in again. You can also ask us to stop messages by contacting contact@skinpoetry.net or (443) 443-8192.

If you previously opted out, contact support for the available re-enrollment process. A phone conversation alone does not override an active messaging opt-out.

Delivery and booking status

Message delivery may be delayed or unavailable due to carrier, network, device, or service conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A booking link or an appointment-request follow-up is not, by itself, confirmation that an appointment is booked. Contact Skin Poetry if you need to verify your booking status.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information for this service. We do not share, sell, or provide mobile phone numbers or SMS consent and opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information on our behalf only to deliver and support the program, not for their own marketing.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and updated date. Changes do not enroll you in a new messaging purpose or replace any consent required for that purpose.
